Momma laughed at me this morning 'cause I overslept. She called me after the alarm went off because I wasn't there to have my morning ear rub. I woke up and heard her and came running with little meows. She laughed cause the talking told her I had been sleeping and forgotten to get up to have my ears rubbed!
I am so glad that the alarm goes off because with the heat I've been tired. It's cooler now, which is probably why I slept better. Of course, Momma heard us all running around with Georgia at about 4 AM 'cause Georgia made little cat noises while running and she heard that. I'm sure, though, that that's not why I overslept.

We get up at 4am efurryday, and we can't utterstand why Momma doesn't.

We never oversleep. In fact, we're usually up roaming the hallways around 4AM, like Abby. Mom says she doesn't need an alarm with us here!
Sometimes I oversleep, too. When I'm not at the door when my mom gets home, she always teases me by saying, "Don't you love me any more, William?" But she knows I do. I'm just sleeping seriously, is all.
